With recent changes to SNAP benefits, many families in Northern Utah are adjusting to new circumstances. If you or someone you know is having a hard time affording groceries, there are still many local resources available to help. Across Cache, Box Elder, and Rich counties, community organizations and programs are working together to make sure everyone has access to healthy food.

Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

WIC provides healthy food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support for women who are pregnant or postpartum, as well as infants and children under age five.
