Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Dashboard

Understanding the health of our community helps guide the work we do at the Bear River Health Department. This dashboard provides a snapshot of key performance indicators (KPI) centered around our Stragic Priorities. Each Strategic Priority is a seperate tab that when clicked displays the BRHD's impact across Cache, Rich and Box Elder counties.

The data comes from trusted state and national sources and is updated regularly. It is intended to help community members, partners, and decision-makers better understand local health trends and identify opportunities to improve health outcomes together.
